1 1/2 lb pork shoulder; bonless, *
2 tablespoon brown sugar; packed
1 tablespoon tequila
1 tablespoon molasses
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 each clove garlic; finely chopped
1/3 cup water
1 each green onion w/top; sliced

* Pork should be cut up into 1-inch cubes.
