4.00 quart fresh tomatoes
6.00 medium onions
5.00 each jalapeno peppers
2.00 teaspoon salt
0.75 cup white vinegar

SKin and quarter tomatoes, then put through grinder. Chop onions and peppers. Put tomatoes, onion, peppers, salt and vinegar in a pot and simmer 1 hour.
