Tomato Cucumber Salsa

0.50 small onion; chopped
2.00 large ripe tomatoes; cored,chopped
1.00 fresh or jarred jalapeno
1.00 pepper,stemmed and seeded
1.00 tablespoon olive oil
1.00 medium cucumber; peeled,seeded and
1.00 finely diced
1.00 tablespoon dill; finely chopped
1.00 salt and pepper to taste
In a food processor or blender or with a knife,finely chop the onion,tomatoes,and Jalapeno pepper. Transfer to abowl and mix in the olive oil,cucumber and dill. Season with salt and pepper.Makes about 2 1/2 cups...or four servings. From: "Griff" date: Wed, 2 Jul 1997 13:53:01 ~0700
