1 cup white vinegar
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white wine; or vermouth
1 garlic; to taste
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon tabasco
1 tablespoon parsley; chopped or cilant
2 chickens; halved

Combine ingredients, marinate chicken at least one hour.
