Cucumber-tomato Salsa

1.00 cup seeded 1/4diced cucumbers
1.00 cup seeded 1/4 diced tomatoes
1.00 teaspoon seeded minced hot jalapeno pepper
0.25 cup scallions
1 lemon juice; to taste
Mix the ingredients together right before serving. Also a great topping for broiled or grilled fish or poultry. This recipe yields 2 cups.
