Papaya-tomatillo Salsa

1.00 large papaya; peeled, seeded,
1 ; and coarsely chopped
4.00 medium tomatillos; husked,
1 ; and coarsely chopped
2.00 tablespoon finely-diced red onion
1.00 tablespoon minced jalapeno
0.25 cup fresh lime juice
0.25 cup coarsely-chopped cilantro
1.00 teaspoon honey
1 salt; to taste
1 freshly-ground black pepper; to taste
Combine the papaya, tomatillos, onions, jalapeno, lime juice, cilantro, and honey in a bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper. This recipe yields about 3 cups of salsa.
