1.00 cup pico de gallo salsa
0.25 teaspoon black pepper
1.00 cup tomato sauce
1.00 tablespoon safflower oil
1.00 cup cilantro, minced
1.00 teaspoon vinegar
2.00 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tomato juice
1.00 teaspoon sugar
0.25 teaspoon oregano
Use the metal blade of a food processor to process all the ingredients except the tomato juice until well blended. Simmer over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Thin with tomato juice if needed. Taste and adjust salt.
