2.00 tablespoon bread crumbs
2.00 tablespoon pine nuts
1.00 teaspoon capers
10.00 garlic
1.00 tablespoon vinegar
1.00 lemon; juice of
1.00 tablespoon parsley
1.00 cup olive oil
1.00 salt and pepper
In a food processor combine egg yolk, anchovy, olives, bread crumbs, pine nuts, capers, garlic, vinegar, lemon juice and parsley with olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Good with grilled fish.
