Basil Lime Salsa

0.50 cup tomato; seeded, chopped
2.00 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1.00 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1.00 tablespoon olive oil
1.00 small garlic clove; peeled
1.50 cup tomato; seeded, chopped
0.33 cup cucumber; peel, seed, dice
0.33 cup chopped green onions; finely
2.00 tablespoon fresh basil; chopped
0.25 teaspoon salt
0.13 teaspoon pepper
Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add 1/2 cup tomato and next 4 ingredients. Process until smooth. Pour mixture into a medium bowl; stir in 1 1/2 cups tomato and next 5 ingredients. Set aside. Good on seafood salads.
