0.50 onion; chopped fine
0.50 celery; chopped fine
0.50 green bell pepper; chopped f
3.00 tablespoon green chiles; chopped fine
2.00 tablespoon wine vinegar
1.00 teaspoon mustard seed
1.00 teaspoon coriander; ground
1.00 dash black pepper; coarse
vinegar, mustard seed, coriander, and pepper. Pour over vegetables and mix. Chill. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. Keeps well.
