Cilantro Salsa

2.00 tablespoon green chiles, diced
1.00 garlic clove(s), minced
0.75 cup white onion(s), minced
1.00 dash salsa habanero
0.50 cup cilantro, chopped
1.00 lightly packed
3.00 tablespoon canola oil
1.00 tablespoon lime juice
1.00 tablespoon mock sour cream
1.00 (see pg 53)

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree. Set aside to cool or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
