Citrus & Cilantro Salsa

4.00 mandarin oranges peeled and sliced
2.00 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
1.00 tablespoon red onion, finely diced
1.00 tablespoon yellow, red or green bell pepper, f
1.00 teaspoon jalapeo pepper finely diced
1.00 tomatillo, diced
0.50 cup triple sec liqueur
1.00 salt and pepper to taste
Mix the oranges, cilantro, onion, peppers and tomatillo together, stir in the liqueur, and season to taste. Set aside for 2 hours before serving to allow time for the flavors to blend.
