1.00 cup cooked corn kernels
0.25 cup red bell pepper, chopped
0.25 cup yellow bell pepper, chopped
0.25 cup green bell pepper, chopped
2.00 tablespoon chopped cilantro
2.00 tablespoon lemon juice
1.00 tablespoon chopped shallot
0.50 jalapeno chili, minced
1.00 salt & pepper
