Fiesta Southwestern Salsaethnic, salsa 0.25 cup realime lime juice from 1.00 concentrate or realemon 1.00 lemon juice from concentrate 2.00 medium tomatoes; seeded; chopped 1.00 (about 2 cups) 15.00 oz can black beans; drained 1.00 rinsed 0.50 cup white onion; chopped 0.25 cup cilantro; chopped 1.00 tablespoon to 2 t jalapeno pepper; chop 1.00 clove garlic; finely chopped 1.00 medium avocado; seeded; peeled 1.00 chopped; optional In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except avocado. Chill 4 hours or overnight. Just before serving toss avocado with mixture, if desired. Serve with LaFamous Tortilla Chips. Refrigerate leftovers. |
