1.00 cup pineapple, peeled and chopped
1.00 cup mango, peeled and chopped
1.00 cup yellow or red bell pepper, chopped
0.67 cup kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
0.50 cup red onion, finely chopped
0.25 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1.00 teaspoon fresh lime juice
0.50 teaspoon serrano chili with seeds, minced
1 ground white pepper
