3.00 serrano peppers -- finely
1.00 diced
1.00 (or jalapenos)
2.00 tomatoes -- diced
1.00 onion -- finely chopped
1.00 chopped cilantro -- see

1.00 clove garlic -- chopped
1.00 lemon -- halved

~ CILANTRO: "1 handful (no more than that)" - Combine chilies, tomatoes, onion, cilantro and garlic. - Mix and squeeze lemon halves over mixture, making sure no seeds get in salsa. - Serve ar room temperature.
