Pineapple Lime Salsa

0.33 cup pineapple preserves
0.25 cup red bell pepper finely chopped
2.00 tablespoon red onion(s), finely chopped
1.00 tablespoon jalape¤o pepper seeded, finely chop
1.00 teaspoon dried mint
0.13 teaspoon salt
2.00 tablespoon lime juice
8.00 oz can unsweetened pineapple tidbits,
