Pineapple Sauce

1.00 each 20-oz can crushed pineapple with 1/
1.00 teaspoon grated lime peel
0.50 cup red bell pepper minced
0.25 cup green bell pepper minced
1.00 tablespoon green onion minced
2.00 teaspoon cilantro minced
2.00 teaspoon jalapeno chiles minced

Combine undrained pineapple with lime peel, red and green bell peppers, green onion, cilantro and jalapeno chilies. Serve with chicken or fish.
