Tomato, Papaya, Macadamia Nut Salsa


ethnic, fruits/nuts, salsa

6.00 tomaotes, blanched, peeled,
1.00 seeded, and chopped
1.00 papaya, peeled, seeded, and
1.00 diced
0.50 red onion, diced
0.25 cup macadamia nuts, toasted and
1.00 chopped
2.00 tablespoon mint, chopped
1.00 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
0.25 cup fresh lime juice
0.25 cup olive oil
1.00 salt and pepper
