Coyote Summer Salsa


habanero

2 oranges peeled & cut into
1 pieces
1 small onion chopped fine
2 + (to your heat level
1 liking) minced habaneros
1/4 + cup chopped cilantro
1 leaves *no stems*
3 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried mexican oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt

Mix it all together - let it sit for a 1/2 hour- then open a bag of your favorite tortilla chips & a bottle of good ale - enjoy :-) Goes down great while you BBQ
