Double Mango & Habanero Salad


habanero

1 mango
1 mango, (green)
2 each habanero chiles; seeded and chopped
2 each shallots; finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro; chopped
1 tablespoon thai fish sauce
1 each lime juice (fresh); one lime
2 teaspoon sugar
1 pinch salt

Peel mangoes, cut the flesh away from the seeds and slice into thin strips. Place in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve.
