Hot & Sweet Salsa


habanero

1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 1 4 1/2 oz can tomato sauce
1 large red onion
3 cloves garlic
5 jalapeno peppers, seeded,
1 roasted and chopped fine
3 serrano peppers, seeded,
1 roasted and chopped fine
4 habanero peppers, seeded and
1 chopped fine
1/4 cup marukan gourmet seasoned
1 rice vinegar
2 teaspoon mexican oregano, crushed
1 juice 1/2 small lime
1 tablespoon ancho chile powder (plain)
1 not hot
1 tablespoon new mexican chile powder
1 (plain) not hot
1 olive oil

Saute onion, garlic, in olive oil until onions are translucent. Add peppers, liquid ingredients, oregano and chile powder. Bring to a boil, and then simmer 10 minutes or until desired consistancy is reached. Allow flavors to blend one day before using.
