2.00 cup chicken stock
3.00 tablespoon ancho chile powder
2.00 tablespoon paprika
2.00 tablespoon green tomato chile sauce
0.50 cup onion(s), minced
1.00 teaspoon ground cumin
0.50 teaspoon garlic powder
0.50 teaspoon oregano
1.00 tablespoon tomato paste
0.25 teaspoon white vinegar
1.00 teaspoon turbinado sugar
1.00 dash vanilla extract
1.00 dash salt and white pepper
In a deep saucepan, combine all ingredients and, stirring constantly, bring to a low boil. cover and, stirring often, let simmer for 45 min.
Serve over enchiladas, tamales, burritos, etc.
