Meatballs In Chipotle Sauce

1 chipotle sauce; *
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
2 eggs; large
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoon onion; finely chopped
2 tablespoon fresh cilantro; snipped
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
* See Sowest 2 for recipe. Prepare Chipotle Sauce and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients together and shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs. Heat sauce and meatballs to boiling; then reduce the heat. Cover and simmer until meatballs are done, about 20 minutes. Serve with hot cooked rice or noodles, if desired.
