Mexican Salsa
mexican, relish, sauces
1 each 8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 tablespoon crushed red chili
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
2 each garlic cloves, minced (or
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder)
2 teaspoon vinegar
1 each juice of half a lemon
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Let stand for 3 hours. Excellent with tacos or as a dip for tortilla chips.
