Radish And Cilantro Relish

2 cup radishes; thinly sliced
1/2 cup onion; chopped, 1 med
3 tablespoon orange juice
2 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoon fresh cilantro; fine snipped
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper; freshly ground
Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Makes 3 cups of relish.
