Salsa Suprema
mexican, relish, sauces
1 each large tomato, chopped
1 each medium onion, chopped
2 each fresh green chilies, chopped
1 each or 4 oz can green chili
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon monosodium glutamate(option)
1 single salt to taste
Combine all ingredients and chill, covered, in refrigerator at least one hour.
