Hot & Sweet Salsa

1.00 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 1 4 1/2 oz can tomato sauce
1.00 large red onion
3.00 cloves garlic
5.00 jalapeno peppers, seeded,
1 roasted and chopped fine
3.00 serrano peppers, seeded,
1 roasted and chopped fine
4.00 habanero peppers, seeded and
1 chopped fine
0.25 cup marukan gourmet seasoned
1 rice vinegar
2.00 teaspoon mexican oregano, crushed
1 juice 1/2 small lime
1.00 tablespoon ancho chile powder (plain)
1 not hot
1.00 tablespoon new mexican chile powder
1 (plain) not hot
1 olive oil

Saute onion, garlic, in olive oil until onions are translucent. Add peppers, liquid ingredients, oregano and chile powder. Bring to a boil, and then simmer 10 minutes or until desired consistancy is reached. Allow flavors to blend one day before using.
