Chunky Tomato Citrus Salsa

0.67 cup chopped ripe tomato
0.33 cup chopped honeydew melon
0.33 cup chopped fresh pineapple or
1 8 oz. can crushed
1 pineapple, drained
1.00 tablespoon finely chopped fresh
1 cilantro
3.00 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1.00 teaspoon olive oil
0.25 teaspoon salt

In small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover with plastic wrap; let stand at room temperature 15 minutes. Serve as a relish for grilled fish or meat. Makes 1 1/4 Cups
