Cilantro Lime Salsa Fresca
ethnic, low-cal, salsa
3.00 large tomatoes or
6.00 plum tomatoes, diced small
1.00 medium white onion, diced small
1.00 jalapeno or other hot pepper
1.00 diced
1.00 juice of 2 limes, or
1.00 one lemon and one lime
0.50 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1.00 salt to taste
Here is my favorite - very easy.
