0.50 lb black beans; cooked until tender,
1 cooled -; (2 to 2 1/2 cups)
1.00 cup roasted corn kernels
0.25 cup diced red onion
0.25 cup diced red bell pepper
2.00 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 juice of 1 lemon
1 juice of 1 lime
1 salt; to taste
1 freshly-ground white pepper; to taste

Drain beans. In a bowl combine beans with remaining ingredients; season to taste with salt and pepper. This recipe yields about 4 cups.
