4.00 each tomatoes, peel & chop
1.00 can chopped green chili peppers
2.00 each jalapeno peppers,seed & chop
0.25 cup chopped green onions
0.25 cup fresh chopped cilantro
2.00 each cloves of garlic
1.00 single juice of 1 fresh lemon
0.25 cup vegetable oil
0.50 teaspoon cumin
0.13 teaspoon salt
0.13 teaspoon pepper
0.25 teaspoon dry mustard

1. Combine tomatoes, chilies, green onions, cilantro, and garlic in a medium bowl. In a glass measuring cup, whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Stir to mix. Cover and chill.
