Enchilada Sauce A La Brenda
mexican, sauces
2 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 cup flour
2 cup boullion
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
16 oz can of tomato sauce
Mix the chili powder with just enough water to make a smooth paste. Then mix in the remaining ingredients and simmer. Easy!
