3.00 chilies serranos, chopped
4.00 tablespoon white onion, chopped
1.00 teaspoon salt
2.00 tablespoon coriander; fresh, chopped
0.33 cup water; cold

Chop the unskinned tomato and mix with everything else. Serve immediately.
