2.00 each tomato; diced
1.00 each pepper, bell, green; seeded/diced
3.00 each jalapeno; deveined
0.25 cup onion, red; chopped
2.00 tablespoon coriander, fresh; chopped
1.00 tablespoon lime juice
1.00 pinch sugar (opt)
1 salt
1 pepper, black

In a bowl, combine tomatoes, peppers, onion, coriander and lime juice. Just before serving, season with pinch sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Makes about 2 cups. From The (Montreal) Gazette, 5/29/91 per James Lor
