Bloody Mary Salsa

0.50 whole cucumber
2.00 small celery stalks -- chopped
2.00 teaspoon horseradish
2.50 cup cherry tomatoes -- cut in
1 half
4.00 whole radishes -- trimmed,
1 sliced thin
0.50 whole jalapeno pepper --
1 finely diced
2.00 tablespoon fresh dill -- snipped
2.00 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
2.00 tablespoon fresh lime juice
0.75 teaspoon salt
0.25 teaspoon pepper

Peel cucumber in alternating strips. Remove seeds if necessary; chop into 1/4-inch dice. Combine cucumber, celery, horseradish, tomatoes, radishes, jalapeno and dill in a bowl; toss to combine. Add Worchestire sauce, lime juice, salt and pepper; toss again. Let stand for about 30 minutes before serving. Recipe By : Martha Stewart Living, June 1996 From: "Dax C.
