Gringos Tacos

1 lb lean ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
10 oz can enchilada sauce
8 oz can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
12 corn tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/3 cup milnot (i use the whole
1 can)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 13 x 9" baking dish. Lightly brown beef, onion and green pepper. Drain, add enchilada and tomato sauces, salt, and chili powder. Simmer about 6 minutes. In dish, layer 1 c meat sauce, tortillas, cheese and remaining meat sauce. Pour Milnot over top. Bake 35-40 minutes. Hint: The Milnot is the secret ingredient in this recipe. 6 to 8 servings
